What we do
Oil and filter service, fluids, filters, bulbs, wipers, batteries, and mileage-based care.
Pads, rotors, fluid service, inspection, and a clear explanation of what needs attention now.
Warning lights, noises, leaks, starting problems, and a thoughtful first look before parts get ordered.
Minor suspension, steering, wheel bearings, and the clunks or vibrations that make a car feel off.
Rotation, seasonal swaps, flat evaluation, and tire replacement when the shop is equipped to help.
A practical inspection and honest second opinion before you commit to a used vehicle.
Keeping the scope lean: no bodywork, paint, towing, engine swaps, or transmission swaps. If a job is outside CWB’s lane, Ben will say so.
Meet Ben Huth
I’ve spent more than 30 years fixing things and trying to understand how they work. My background in economics and chemical engineering taught me to ask good questions, follow the evidence, and never pretend a guess is a diagnosis.
Cars became personal through the vehicles my family actually depended on—from keeping our Honda CR‑V going to rebuilding and learning from Priuses. Cars With Ben videos grew out of the same impulse: work through the problem, explain it plainly, and show the process without hiding behind jargon or a polished script.
I’m not presenting myself as a “master tech.” I’m a friendly, hands-on mechanic building a shop around honesty and transparency: show you what I found, separate what needs attention now from what can wait, and get your approval before the scope changes.
“I want you to understand the work—not feel talked into it.”— Ben, owner & mechanic
